They slid through the door of the root cellar and fell down the stairs into the black, musty smelling earth below. The door above rattled smashed open then smashed shut. “What if it sucks us out through the door,” Cyan screamed, tears clearing streaks down her dusty face. Nathan raced back up the stairs, pulled the door shut tight and latched the inner latch.  It creaked and groaned with the force of the suction from the tornadic wind outside, but it held.

He slid back down the stairs. Cyan grabbed him and kissed him feverishly, her hands going immediately to his shirt and she began to unbutton it.

“Cyan, for God’s sake, what are you doing,”

“I want you now,” she growled in a throaty rasp, her hand going down to his crotch.

Nathan had never seen Cyan like this.
